on a few servers i have suggested this for the xlogging problem. when you xlogg it will kill you make you lose everything except firecape if u wearing and tele you to death spawn. this on other servers cut down xlogging to a few stuiped idiot and people who got lured to not letting their killers get the loot.

The bug is that sometimes when i talk to giles i get locked out of the server and the cmd says packet type 2 lost refreshing connection. Is that my internet \ computer or is it a bug with the server cuz i get locked out with no response for 5 or 10minutes afterwards.

First Of I reckon that there should be a npc that will reset any stat so if you got 70 fishing and you want it at 1 go to the npc talk to him and select the fishing icon to reset :O Also the special attacks when your attacking npc it usaully doesn't hit and uses up double the special power at pking the farcasting should be set to a number of spaces away from the person getting farcasted. eg. if i was getting barraged and the person doing it was on the very edge of seeing me ...
