I have the vBulletin software. This will you give the forum viewers a hard-on just looking at it. I think it'll be more.. innovative.

Phpbb has less features, and less possibilities then vBulletin does. When somebody comes to the forum, they don't want to stay because it's messy looking. vBulletin also has built in modificiations and more control over the forum. It looks cleaner, and it's safer. You having vBulletin is a big step up for the server, and could potentially get more visitors.

then why aren't any of the servers closed down because of that ?
If it was illegal it would be hidden .. And there would be anyone playing or knows about RSPS.
But it isn't .. There's like a huge site about it .. Moparscape and Runelocus..
I asked a J mod once on RUNESCAPE , he said that it isn't illegal for RSPS to exist .. it is legal until they reach a certain point .. like exactly copying what is on the real RUNESCAPE SERVER.

and yes, RSPS's are pretty much illegal. if jagex really wanted to, they could shut down every p server like they did to that froodoosape or w.e it was.
